These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Rockville, Maryland. Should any of these Terms be deemed unenforceable, the offending provision will be replaced with an enforceable one that matches the intent of the original, and the rest of the Terms will remain valid.
Pricing & Refund
Our pricing varies based on the custom solutions provided. All fees paid are non-refundable unless M+ Security is unable to provide the client with actionable solutions. In such a case, a refund may be issued at the discretion of M+ Security, and it will be returned in the same matter as it was received.
Arbitration Clause
1. Agreement to Arbitrate: Both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Rockville, MD/United States, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by [Name of the Arbitration Organization, e.g., “the American Arbitration Association (AAA)”] pursuant to its rules and procedures.
2. No Class Actions: The parties further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in their individual capacities only and not as a class action, and the parties hereby waive their right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
3. Costs: Each party will pay its own arbitration costs (including attorney’s fees) unless the arbitration award specifies otherwise.
4. Authority of Arbitrator: The arbitrator will decide the rights and liabilities, if any, of you and M+ Security, and the dispute will not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other cases or parties. The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant motions dispositive of all or part of any claim. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award monetary damages and to grant any non-monetary remedy or relief available to an individual under applicable law, the arbitral forum’s rules, and this Agreement.
5. Waiver of Jury Trial: THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO GO TO COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY, instead electing that all claims and disputes shall be resolved by arbitration.
6. Enforceability: If any part of this arbitration clause is deemed or found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this arbitration clause shall remain enforceable.
